Conditions for Claiming Refund
Only the customers who availed service from our team will be eligible for Refund. If the issue has been unfixed, the customers have to report it to the customer support team. In case if our support team confirms the issue cannot be fixed, a full refund will be processed. The refund amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 7 to 10 business days after the acceptance of the request for the refund.
The refund policy is applicable for subscribed users. The users can claim the full refund amount before the end of 30 days from subscription. From the 31st day, the amount will be refunded on a pro-rata basis as per the classification of the subscription policy. The customers are requested to review the Return Policy before claiming for the refund. Please mention the reason in the request mail. After validating the email, you will receive the confirmation mail. If the customers request for refund post 30 days, they have to return back the catalogs and license to us to become eligible for the refund. Once the above-mentioned conditions are satisfied, the customers will receive the money in 7 to 10 business days.
